Don't whine to me about my attitude. If you don't like it - there's the door.

I don't stand around telling you how to run your life, get your nose out of mine.

If you want something from me, ask. Nicely. I'm reasonable.

Learn not to take "no" personally.

Manipulation will not work.

Guilt trips will not work.

Same for begging, wheedling, threatening, and bullshitting.

If you want to improve your situation, don't waste your time and mine - get off your posterior and do something about it. Go out. Meet people. Open your ears and eyes. Pay attention. Ask questions. Use your brain.

Don't ever assume I agree with you just because I say nothing. I may be too polite to embarrass you in public.

On the other hand - don't expect me to be polite if you are displaying your ass.

Don't look surprised when I fix the car, install my own RAM, build my own patio, or rewire the ceiling fan. All it takes is self -reliance and a willingness to learn. Try it.

Never talk down to me. My ex husband did that once and I joined Mensa just for spite.

Yes - I'm tall. Get over it.

I keep my word and I expect you to keep yours. No excuses.

Backseat drivers WILL be deposited at the next curb.
