I have no tolerance for misguided people that try to pressure me to give
more "Nice Guys" a chance. If I am not attracted to someone the only
chance I will give them is friendship. If my friendship is not good
enough for a man, than that is just too bad. If I am in a frienship with
a man and he pushes for more than friendship, that would be a sure fire
to sabotage our relationship.
I also cringe when people, upon finding out I have been single for a
considerable length of time say to me "Don't worry you're a pretty girl,
you will find someone" or "Don't worry you will meet a nice guy". First
of all I don't need to find someone to have an enjoyable life. Secondly,
just "someone" is not good enough for me, I need to feel a very strong
attraction to a man in order to want an intimate relationship with him.
