I've grown to find that the older I get the more tolerance for
others I lack. While wisdom is gained with experience, why must I be
surrounded by idiots to gain experience?
When I finally realized that
the suppression of my sarcasm didn't make me angry, that it was the
babbling bimbo next to me that caused me to clench my teeth and fist my
hands, I freed myself, so to speak. I no longer withhold my thoughts
from women who truly believe lying on their backs everyday will make
their men happy. Or, for that matter, the ones who live by "Three words
satisfy any man: Food, Sex and Sports."
People in general as getting
more painfully hard to tolerate in general. If another person says
"You're too much to deal with" in reference to me expecting them to have
standards and a brain before they open their mouths, can I please put
myself out of my misery? In hopes that one day we can surround ourselves
with people that think before speak, and perhaps can censor half the
waste they think, then you are all on the path to making the world much
better for us all.
