I'm intimidating, articulate, and unafraid of exhibiting either quality.
I'm also grammar-savvy enough to know that the second comma in the
previous sentence is optional. I'm liable to misspell a word or two in
any given context if I'm operating sans spell check, but I still mock
those who misspell their ill-advised diatribes against -- for example --
feminism. One would hope spelling is not all I would mock, but on my bad
days one would be mistaken; I'll own my flaws.
Fortunately, my good days
usually out number my bad and most folks who write diatribes against
feminism are easy targets. Ain't life grand. Oh! And I'm a bitch who's
unafraid to call herself one. Consistently. In print. In fact, I've
walked around a festival with the words "femme bitch switch" written on
my arm in sharpie as a method of dissuading the weak and pitiful from
approaching. It worked.
