I'm assertive. If there's something going on that's unfair, I'll stand
up against it, diplomatically (hey, I don't want to be fired!) but
clearly. If someone is being annoying, I'll either get away from it, or
I'll tell them - politely but firmly - to stop. I'll never be one of
those passive-aggressive people who are bitterly annoyed by something
but don't have the guts to actually do something about it and who then
proceed to rant and rave about it afterwards for hours, days or even
years.
Get over it! Grit your teeth and move on, sister!
On a related note, if my boyfriend does something that upsets me, I'll
*tell* him. (and if he ever does it again, I'll kick him to the curb)
What a concept! It's amazing how many people don't think of doing this.
