I don't buy into the antiquated societal notion that I am somehow less by virtue of being born female...I expect and deserve the same respect I show humans, and have so far been sorely disappointed by the majority of the herd. Disgusted, more so, I suppose. I'm beyond tired of explaining to the insipid why I am taller than the average American male (genetics, anyone?), that, yes, Virginia, my breasts are all-natural, and no, my boyfriend is not a masochist just because I am a strong woman.
