For 44 out of my 49 years I spent my life bending my will to fit that of a man. I was such a good girl. Then I read a life changing book. "Getting to know your Inner Bitch". That book led to other books, poems, and lectures that opened my eyes. I am now a bitch!!!! and proud of it. No longer to I bury my wants and needs and life-goals under a smelly pile of "shoulds." You know the "should". Even if they are not spoken directly, they are there. You should cook, you should submit, you should be a nice girl/woman, ad nauseum. The women I disliked because of their boldness and assertiveness [ie; bitchiness] are now my role models. Let's hear it for the sisterhood of bitches !!!! Hurray !!!
