The fact that the people on this site seem normal and admirable and
somewhat more interesting than the usual fare is probably due to the
fact that I am one of you. I do loads of physical labor. I can do
algebra, geometry, calculus and physics and find it all rather fun. I
love to wear beautiful things. I help people when I stumble across an
obvious wrong (someday I'll get shot). I don't own a gun (to decrease my
odds of getting shot). I cry at funerals and some of those ads on TV. I
don't cry at weddings (mostly I am irritated). I am fortunate to be with
a man who is almost as intelligent as I am (point of debate) and so
secure that he loves to see what I do next. I argue with my boss(es) and
haven't been fired from any job. I love to laugh. I absolutely hate
being told what to do. I will provide my own defense and do my own
thinking at all times, thank you.
