I believe everybody can be as much above average as he/she wants, as
long as she/he is ready to put the needed work into it. This involves as
first step to find out what it is I (the everybody from the previous
sentence) want to be best at and how I define this "best." The next step
is finding out how to improve to reach this "best." This improvement can
not be done by anybody else but myself, but I may ask others for feed
back to help me address my weaknesses and to support my strengths.
When I set the rules I expect everybody to respect them. There are no
exceptions due to your real or imagined status in live. The only
possible exception is you showing me a real cause why a specific rule
should not apply to you due to the following. And this "following"
should be concise, logical, and sensible.
