I consider myself an assertive, witty, intelligent, etc. woman, who
isn't afraid to stick up for herself, even when the situation could
become worse because of it. I refuse to lie down like the doormat people
expect me to be. My work refused, at first, to allow me to do the manual
labor aspect of the job. I put my foot down, raised my voice, and proved
that I could do the work as well if not better than the men.
