After going through a few of your listings, I remembered the days when I sadly, could have joined the Weak of the Weak. In fact, this rememberance made me so inexplicably angry, I HAD to share with you:

My boyfriend was telling me he did not find me in the least attractive. Ok... I could handle that. I was a true feminist, or at least, what I thought was a true feminist, meaning I wanted men to appreciate me for my brain cells and not for my body...

Right?

Sometimes it seems as though there is a true right and wrong for everything. One way is right, and its exact opposite is wrong. It doesn't work like that in the real world. The real world is a messy mixed up place painted in colours, which were mixed with dirty water.

You NEED someone to appreciate your mind, but it's more important for him to appreciate your self. This encompasses ALL aspects of your nature, inside AND outside.

I also think he should have thought of my feelings. You should be able to CHOOSE when and where you should a heartless bitch. Leave the juicy stuff for the scum who deserve it. I didn't.

I tried the true feminist approach for about week, however the Heartless Bitch syndrome was already growing within me.

Needless, to say, I dumped his sorry ass but it dented my self-confidence. Luckily, self-pity turned into jadedness and here I am now.
