I refuse to bow to the standards society sets for "lady-like" behaviour. I will NOT necessarily cross my legs, I will NOT deny the existence of my sexuality for politeness' sake, and I sure as hell will NOT play along to amuse any man. I will, however, whistle back at cat-callers, and instruct my boyfriend on the proper ways to worship a goddess-on-earth (such as myself and fellow Heartless Bitches), and I will continue to shock the entire world by justifying every single one of my bitchy actions. Speaking of justification, has it ever occurred to you, that when a woman has an affair, she only has a very few options by which to rationalize it (needs emotional support, lack of interest from boyfriend, money)? On the other hand, the very acceptable excuse used by men is (99% of the time) simply sexual variety. For some reason, no one wants to believe women could be having affairs for precisely the same reason. People call me a Heartless Bitch because I act like a man in this respect. That doesn't make it right, but it sure does feel better than having to hide behind false emotions!
