I'm a Heartless Bitch because I like to be, and because it's a better way of living. I refuse to tolerate the proudly ignorant. I enjoy taking responsibility for my own actions and mocking those who can't. I wear the name "Bitch" the same way I wear my battle scars and my Doc Martens: with pride. It's being able to say I can do anything, being female notwithstanding, and believing it. It's a matter of knowing that as a Heartless Bitch I can kick your ass at anything I put my mind to. It's also knowing when not to bother trying. I am a woman that can stand up and say that if being a bitch means knowing exactly what I want, having a plan to get it, and executing that plan, well then, call me a bitch.
Someone once said that if you're not on the way, you're in the way. I'm the kind of Heartless Bitch that's happy to show you the way -- out the door, and then to the library, where you just might find the way with a little effort. I have no sympathy for those who become victims of their own stupidity. If you can't take the pressure of the situation, get the fuck out. If you lack the common sense to stay out of waters too deep for you, then you may as well drown in them. Fuck what you whine about, fuck what you bitch about, fuck what you ask for. If you want changes, make them, but don't stand on the sidelines as though life is a spectator sport where you can complain about how the game is being played. Because in the game of life, I'd rather be chained to the damned field that be someone else's fucking cheerleader. And I'm not the team's fucking trainer whose sole purpose is to help you tend to your wounds. Ignore the damned thing, get in the fucking game and take a look at your scabs before you go to bed at night knowing you stopped giving a damn and did what mattered for once.
