I'm a Heartless Bitch and always have been. Which is certainly why my ride in life always seems to hit the potholes of men who just can't handle this about me. I bet you know some of whom I mean -- the men, for example, who claim they're oh-so-enlightened on workplace equality of the sexes, and then prove it's all pretense by the patronizing manner in which they respond to solid, valuable, and coherent input from a woman on any project.

I was the neighborhood smarty that knew the real rules when the boys wanted to cheat and wasn't afraid of them to point it out, or had the best idea on which way to do it, play it, sing it, or say it. And yeah, I'm the woman those college guys talked to in class but never called for a date -- they weren't interested in doing dinner and a movie with someone who just might be more intelligent than them. But meet them dateless at a party -- and my, my, my, weren't they interested then -- in everything located below the neck!

Well, too fucking bad is what I've always said about all of that. This is me and I'm intelligent and commanding, and if you're not man enough to take it, tough shit, boyo!
