I request that my male friends don't open doors for me or apologise for swearing. It doesn't do much good however, and generally we end up in arguments over it. I recognize that it's not just the swearing, it's that they change their whole attitude when I'm around them. I'd like to get to know them, not a fake front they put forth around me because I'm not a man. I refuse to put up with sexism even in it's weakest form, and I have no tolerance for females who encourage it through their crying, whining, take-care-of-me-I'm-just-a-girl acts. I don't want to be singled out and treated differently just because I don't have a Y chromosome.
