It seems that if you are a female and an intelligent individual and have no fear in working hard and going for your goals and you voice opinions on subjects that others are too afraid to address then you get called that famous 5 letter word "bitch". I am sick of it.
Big deal that I am strong willed and intelligent and often times I don't take no for an answer when society expects me too and when it's something that I feel strongly about. I don't think that it makes a difference if you are male or female and want to go for your dreams. We are equal and it's a shame when you have to prove that to people on an everyday basis just because the norm is the man is better unless the female at hand can prove otherwise.
My problem lies with the ignorant group of people who think that the man is natually more qualified for the job just because he is a man. My problem lies with the women who just sit back and choose to believe this. My problem lies with the women who "know" that it's a problem and take it anyway. My problem lies with the men who prove this theory true, who laugh in your face and feel the need to throw that fact in your face.
