I'm not some skinny supermodel look-alike, and I make no apologies for that, nor do I apologize for my intelligence, opinions, or any other aspect of who I am. I mentally thank my mother every day for being who and what she was, and for raising me to be the same... a complete bitch, in every wonderful sense of the word: independent, opinionated, and always in control.

I can't stand people who whine constantly about how terrible their lives are. Here's a clue, folks: life is what you make it; if you don't like your life, you have no one to blame except yourself. If you're unhappy, then either do something about it or don't, but don't cry about it to me (unless you're a friend, then you're allowed some self-pity for a day-- but after that day, get over it and move on).
