I've navigated my way through 20 years in the Air Force using proficiency and professionalism as my step stool. I've watched other femmes enter this career thinking they could get by on their charm. I started out embittered that it truly DID seem to be a man's military. One day I got the revelation that it can be just as much a woman's military as a man's. It's all in how you choose to perceive the world around you. The world is my apple, and I'm taking a big ass bite! Reach out and achieve your goals.
