I'm a Heartless Bitch because I feel better about myself when I'm assertive-- when I'm not ashamed to BE a bitch. When I catch my man being hypocritical or saying one thing when he's said the opposite before, and POINT IT OUT to him shamelessly, he tells me I'm a bitch. When I refuse to act like a "normal" woman-- when I curse at pool balls, talk about the benefits of Fords over Chevies, refuse to shave (I haven't since I was 14), or honestly evaluate a woman's personality (or lack thereof) instead of her fashion sense-- I'm apparently a crazy bitch. When I don't let my roommates get away with throwing tantrums or taking their anger at others out on me, I hear about what a bitch I am. Well, so what? I say, "Thanks! All that really means is that I refuse to conform to society's expectations of how I should be!"
