I only fear one thing: domesticity. I will never get married or have children. Why should I be someone else's caretaker (be they 3 or 23 years of age) when my own personal success is what I really care about? As far as commitment is concerned, I'm all for it but I don't require a piece of paper from the State to prove my undying ardor for another person. And children? Not only do they wreak havoc on your body, they're also unnecessarily expensive, irrational, obnoxious (usually), needy, and time-consuming. There are already enough people in the world. I'd be a terrible mother anyway ("if you're not bleeding, I'm sort of busy right now.") I'd like to remain somewhat slim and stretchmark-less, thank you very much.
