... I am totally independent, totally self-sufficient and in control of MY life. I answer to no one except MYSELF: no employer, no parent, no spouse, no significant other, no child, no sibling, NO ONE. I do what I want, when I want, and only IF I want. If I decide to get up and go to work, it's because I CHOOSE to do so, and I CHOOSE the consequences. If I decide to pay my electricity bill, then I'll pay my electricity bill this month and I accept the consequences. And if I talk with you, eat with you, sleep with you, then it's because I CHOOSE to be with you simply because I WANT TO -- and not because I expect a morning-after phone call, a joint lease or a wedding ring. Put your ego in traction! And if you don't like or are unhappy with something about your life, then DO SOMETHING to change it. Don't come whining to me, or worse yet, blame ME for what's wrong with your life.

I'm intelligent, talented, creative, wise, intuitive, sensual, sexual, bold and original, and I don't need anyone else to live through to vicariously experience my life. I am me, and these are my feelings, my experiences and my thoughts, and don't even think about trying to change them or dismiss them. I'm not you. And if you don't like me or my thoughts, feelings or actions, GO AWAY. I have too many plans, too many dreams, and too many talents, to be squandered on sleepwalking fools. If you can't recognize and appreciate the inherent beauty of my soul, then don't waste my time -- or yours!
