The filter that keeps us from saying things that are both honest and painful has no place on a Heartless Bitch. I strive to achieve unfiltered truth. Last year I started by telling a middle aged male friend that he looked like an old gay troll when he put on his (I kid you not) satin disco jacket with no shirt under it. His companion who was dressed similarly got told he looked like a pirate's dream; a sunken chest. Sure, they whined and were mad, but ultimately it taught them something and made me feel instantly gratified so there was a lot of value in it. The anti-filter.
