I'm a Heartless Bitch because I'm determined and aggressive. I'm in college, studying to become a thoracic surgeon, and can't remember how many times I've been infuriated by people (usually male) asking if I'm sure I don't want to "just be a nurse instead". I always root out why they made such a comment, and they usually respond that they found it odd that I wanted such a non-traditional role for my gender. I don't put up with such prejudice. I'm very vocal when challenged. Not yelling irrationally, but actually forming a well thought out argument. I'm very logic based and focused on progress.

I despise weak people, who have the tools to overcome their issues (usually rooted in their childhood), but lack the discipline to act. I overcame mine and came out stronger.

The reasons why you fail aren't important if you could have found a way to overcome it. Failing to do so is laziness and lack of focus. I'm sympathetic to those that have been through hell, but lose all respect for a person if they sit back and let things happen without putting up a strong fight. There is no excuse for that.
