I'm a Heartless Bitch because I love my independence. I do what I want, when I want and I have no regrets about doing so. I'm perfectly fine in my own skin and don't need the validation from others to feel good about myself.

I get particularly peeved when one of my friends asks if I'm seeing anyone or says, "We have to get you hooked up." Why, because it worked out so well for you the 800 times you've been in a relationship since I've know you? Believe me if I wanted to be in a relationship, I would be. After several failed attempts, I decided it would be best to work on my self-approval rating rather than putting that in the hands of someone else. So instead of fretting about who I was going to be with next, I started taking care of myself. It's been seven years since my epiphany and in that time, I've achieved sobriety, regained my health and have strengthened my mind.

As you can see, I live a very happy and fulfilling life and I did it all on my own. Do me a favor, you live your life and I will mine.
