I'm a Heartless Bitch because I have finally learned to overcome trying to be the good dutiful girl and always trying to do the right thing according to everyone else's rules in life even if it was at the expense of my happiness and self-esteem. Even though I am admittedly shy and reserved in demeanor, I found the strength to make some tough choices in life (divorcing an abusive alcoholic husband), and am proud that I had the fortitude to see that to completion. I am setting an example for my young sons as to what constitutes strength and character, not just in a woman, but in a person.

I am also a Heartless Bitch because I am resilient in the face of uncertainty, having stared down a lay-off 6 months ago and yet managed to stay strong and focused and find another great position within a few months.

Lastly, I am particularly a Heartless Bitch when it comes to competitive sports, as I am a gamer to the core who loves to play hard and not afraid to get my hands dirty.
