Although I dislike the way that "Bitch" is used in the patriarchal society we live in, in the context of this site I am a Bitch because I am opinionated, I refuse to be a doormat and I absolutely insist on being treated with respect and dignity.

Coincidentally (or not?), this is also why I am seen by many as a "Bitch" in the patriarchal sense of the word as well, but that's neither here nor there.

I believe that no one in this world is responsible for my happiness and fulfillment other than myself, and I will do as I damn well please in my life and with my life AND accept full responsibility for the consequences of the choices I make.

I treat people with respect if they deserve it, and you'll struggle to find anyone more loyal and devoted than I am (if you are deserving of said respect and loyalty); however, I will not enable and I will not patronize: If my opinion is different than yours, I will share it, though I won't expect you to adopt my opinion and substitute my thoughts for your own.
