When people have whined to me that they thought I was a bit mean or whatever I always acknowledge, 'yes, I am a Bitch'.

I think being a Bitch is pretty similar to having a brain and deciding to use it rather than opting to be a doormat. I also believe it is about treating people as you find them - not suffering fools gladly. Being upfront with people is a kindness, being a doormat encourages people you interact with to continue acting like a twat. I do not tolerate bad behaviour and will 'punish' it by being a 'Heartless Bitch' it is who I am and I consider it a kindness. Much better to stamp on wrong behaviours than sycophantically simpering to them. (people who do that make me so angry).
