I spent the first 80% of my life depending on nobody but myself. I was always the friend that was there to tell my friends "don't take that shit, that is just wrong". I enjoyed life, always had a positive attitude. That is until I found myself in a relationship with "Mr. Wonderful" who came on like a steam engine and swept me right off of my feet only to find out that when that engine ran out of steam I was involved in an emotionally abusive relationship with a person who cared about nothing but himself. I lost myself along the way somewhere and I am headed down the path to find myself again. I am making a solemn oath to myself to never let another man victimize me and look out if they try. No more misses nice guy. I do not intend to make every man pay for this asshole's mistakes but I will be on the lookout for the warning signs.
