After years of trying to be what I thought others wanted me to be ... a good girl ... I realized that I had quit being me. I'm no longer willing to play games with people, emotions or lives. I call it as I see it and I tell people my truth. They are free to have their own truth, I'd be interested in discussing it, just don't tell me that I have to believe in your truth ... and I won't ever tell you that you have to believe in mine (even if it IS right!)

I have been to the depths of dispair (and still visit them from time to time) and am still climbing the summits of joy, finding new paths, experiences and friends along the way. And in all of this, that kernel of truth that was me has survived, it has survived because I am too stubborn to let it go.

I believe that my power in being female is being feminine and willing to delve into my sensuality and sexuality. I also believe that part of my power in being female is being both compassionate and a Heartless Bitch. Don't tread on things that are sacred to me, friendship, love, kindness ... or I will become the fearsome redhead that myth and legend describe!
