I stand up for myself and what is right regardless if others agree with me. I refuse to tolerate stupidity in any fashion be it at a restaurant or in line at the grocery store. I work hard and expect the same of those that I supervise. If you are having trouble meeting my standards you will be given a chance to shape up. If after given your chance to shape up and you still can not meet my standards I take the necessary steps to rid you of my area. I'll let other departments deal with people who are substandard to my work ethic and expectations.
