I walk the fine line of brilliance and madness. Sarah Weddington gave
me my right to chose, but wouldn't let me foot the bill for our appetizers. I
adore passionate people. I am a proud feminist, and being a woman, and loving
and trusting my gender, I am pro-choice, and work with causes that are pro-woman
without exception. I don't feel the need to defend my views anymore than I need
to defend why I am a person. I've probably kicked more ass than you've sat
on.
I love to do things that have never been done before to get people to think
of things they have never thought before. Sometimes this leads to new free
speech codes...some times it leads to condom cupcakes. All of it makes me smile.
You see me on the news, and I'd rather you see the point I'm trying to make than
my fabulous red hair. Sometimes I get called a Bitch. What I do NOT
get called is pushover, stupid, honey, dear, or doormat. It works for
me.
I'm the hare, the raven, the coyote, the monkey king of China, the Hermes
of Classical Greece. I am the agent provocateur, the liar, the cheat, the thief,
the gambler, the eroticist, the devil-may-care malcontent that makes it all
happen. But so are you.
