I refuse to be a victim, life is much more satisfying when you're a Bitch instead. Yes, I've been in an abusive relationship. Yes, I've been sexually assaulted. Yes, various and sundry people have done bad things to me. This does NOT make me a goddamn victim. These things do not describe me, they aren't me, they're events.

The term "victim" used to mean one who had a crime committed against them. It doesn't really mean that any more. Now it signifies something weak, deserving of pity. I don't want your fucking pity and I am not weak. While I may have been victimized in the past, it has only made me stronger, more determined. I'm a survivor, and a Bitch.
