I'm sick of whining staff telling me they want to do interesting work. They do tax for a living what did they expect. The answer? "If you don't like it f*ck off" . There's a motto worth having. Possibly took it a little too far last week when I told a young man I would stab him through the heart with a blunt pencil if he didn't get his billing done. Luckily he saw the funny side (or I'm on my way to the employment tribunal).
