I am a Heartless Bitch! I work in collections. When I began this job I did a lot of crying in the bathroom. But, thanks to years of listening to whining crybaby losers lie to me about why they can't pay an $11 bill, well, I have become a "bit" Bitchy. Do you think you deserve special treatment because you've "had a really hard time this year?" NO!! Because, by gosh, so have I, but I still pay my bills! Do you think I want to know about your hysterectomy that evidentially kept you from remembering you have monthly expenses? NO! And for heavens sakes, do you really truly think I give a damn that you never ever received a bill, even though you magically received the collection agency letter?! NO!! Take it up with the post office. I don't want to hear it. The more you whine, the Bitchier I will be, and it will be YOU crying in the bathroom!
