I may only be 20 years old, and a young'un when it comes to the ways of the Bitch, but I am a regular reader of this page and religiously live by its basic commandments. While I try to be as fair as I can, I do stick up for myself (more so in recent years) and have become adept at filtering through all the wanks and people that are not helping my self-esteem any. A good few hard knocks to your ideals of trust usually helps to spot any familiar "red flag" moments (and this applies to all areas of my life). This means not giving people 100th chances anymore, too.

If people want to behave badly then that's their problem, not mine. I can control what happens to and around me, and because of that, I officially win.

So, I'd like to become part of the fold. No, I'm not looking for validation from anyone to tell me I'm going a good job living my life, I would just like to chat about rising above all the bloody idiots in this world.
