I will never be rich, famous or beautiful, but life is short and I walk my own path to happiness.

I revel in the simple things in life, nothing fancy.

I don't need anyone to complete who I am and if you don't like who I am, then that is ok because I am better off without you.

The wrong people seem to leave at the right time in my life.

Some people call this selfish. I don't set out of hurt people, but frankly, no, I do not kiss ass well. I will do anything for you, but once trust is gone, forget it. Do I really look that stupid? Just because I don't say anything does not mean I don't "get it", it just means you are not worth the trouble once I figured it out. Sometimes silence is more powerful than a spoken word.

I think being in an abusive marriage made me a Heartless Bitch because I learned to survive using my wits. Now that I am free, I have less tolerance for stupidity than I did before, but I also learned that you cannot change someone who is a few bricks shy of a load, no matter how much the "experts" say you can save a marriage using psychology.
