Firstly, I want to be a Heartless Bitch because this site helped me to escape an emotional manipulator. THANK YOU! I lost my way but now I am back, I fought and I won. I have a son and it is my responsibility to teach him to love and respect women (NOT TO FEAR THEM).

The problem isn't that men and women are different, the problem is that there is a hierarchy. Focusing on difference is just a way to distract from the real issue of power.

I seem piss off a lot of people when I question basic assumptions surrounding gender and race. I have been known to laugh at loud at a sexist pig as they seem quite ridiculous to me.

I know who I am and I'm not afraid to stand up for what I believe. I say this because it has taken me until now (29) to realise that many people actually don't. I didn't know that feminism was a dirty word until about 5 years ago; I found this quite disturbing.
