I'm a successful book dealer in a TV world. It's not a job for sissies. Yeah, it seems a bit milquetoast from the outside. But until you survived the estate sale of a noted collector, you haven't seen battle. Those cute older dealers are deadly! Can't wait until I'm in my 70's and get to use my cane to clear the path. When I emerge, triumphant with an overlooked first edition, I look forward to standing around swapping stories of the last sale. Competition they might be but I'm smart enough to know when someone can teach me a thing or two.
