I refuse to mindlessly conform to what others seem to think is the correct way for a woman to be. I do not necessarily care about getting married and I do not want children. I will not hide my intelligence or ambitions because women aren't supposed to be as smart or career oriented as men. I will verbally (and physically if necessary) defend my right to have control over my body and what happens to it until there is not a breath left in that body. I am a person with feelings and rights and expectations and just because I am a woman it does not mean I shouldn't be able to go about being ME in a way that makes me happy.
