I live my life as I choose, with no apologies. There is no conscious effort to fly in the face of tradition, simply a conscious choice to follow my desires to craft for myself an existence based on integrity, equality, social responsibility, and sheer enjoyment of all that surrounds me. I have goals to accomplish and I rather fancy taking over the world to sitting around whining. I will not be tied down, held back, or told otherwise. No is my favorite answer. It only inspires me to strive harder to achieve what you say I can't. Do it or don't, love it or leave it, just shut the fuck up and stop crying to me. To anyone who takes issue with this decision to stay true to my beliefs rather than conform to fit into another's box, my response is simple: If you don't like me and my life, I don't really need you in it then do I? In the words of the most Heartless Bitch of all (my father, he's so very kickass) "There is the door. Don't let it hit you in the ass on the way out."
