Basically, in a nutshell, I'm a Heartless Bitch because I've realized that *I'm* in charge of my life and my destiny and have no patience for others who don't understand this.

For instance, to pull from conversations I've had with friends and family:

If you always wanted to study creative writing in school then DO it or shut the hell up about it.

If your mother never gave you praise, it sucks but, suck it up because she's probably not going to start now. There's nothing stopping you from praising yourself.

If your parents never "let" you go away to school, and you are CERTAIN you could have married a rich doctor if only blah blah blah....

shut the hell up. You are where you are NOW so stop talking about how much better your life could have been if only...

Make the best of what IS (OR go out and get yourself something better), but stop Bitching about what never was.

And, for fuck's sake, you don't inherit your spouses occupation. If you associate Doctors with prestige then BE a freaking doctor, don't MARRY one!

I could go on, but I won't. Hopefully this gets my point across.
