I take responsibility for myself and my actions. I am realistic. I have finally given up on perfectionism. I've learned to meditate, reflect, and think. I practice a healthy lifestyle by eating right, keeping physically active, and balancing the use of caffeine and alcohol. I know how to share my feelings and offer love, support and guidance to others. I can give in and be flexible when necessary but I don't compromise my principles. I know how to ask for help when I need it.
