I suppose I pass for a Heartless Bitch because of the values I've set for my self. I'm a female pre-med student in fuckin Utah, post Mormon life has made this occupation more of a competition and I am supposedly missing the "critical apparatus" needed to assert my authority or be taken seriously. I beat it by doing one thing, sticking to one of my values: Women, come on now, I have the equality sticker on my car AND I pull my full weight. I don't demand for sexism to be abolished and then turn around to let the rules dictate a lower bar set for me, some one who is treated special because the argument that I'm physiologically inferior and yada yada yada. I will put in my blood and sweat same as any guy going for what I am academically, simultaneously taking their flak, but I'm not going to roll out the carpet for a girl in the same competition. So ya I am by definition a feminist but I add one more thing most nazi-fems don't, balance.
