I believe in personal responsibility. I hold to my ethics consistently, not just when it's convenient. I don't overlook the asinine behavior of partners or friends, or take sides in senseless arguments. I don't demonize the ethical yet painful behavior of others, I'll take my lumps if I earned them. I don't waste my time or energy on inventing enemies, I understand that most stupid behavior is generated without a thought in my general direction. For those who are in need of an enemy to bolster your sense of centrality in the universe, my time is to precious to waste, so you're going to have to look elsewhere.
