I believe in taking responsibility for my actions. If I fuck up, I'll admit it, learn from my mistake and move on. I expect you to do the same. One definition of insanity is continuing to do the same thing and expecting different results.

I can't change anyone but myself, and have no interest in trying. I don't really care how bad your childhood was. You're an adult now. Take some damn responsibility for fixing yourself. Nobody owes you anything.

I worked my ass off to get where I am - put myself through graduate school at night while working full-time during the day and paid for it all out of my own pocket.

If you aren't willing to do the work, don't expect the rewards.
