I am intimidating and loud and brazen. I don't speak properly, I don't ask for apologies and I don't play by the rules. I am the woman, the person, the mind you want to be, be with and have. I seek understanding and intelligence. I want a challenge; I want a debate and emotion. It goes without saying that I hate pretense and admire honesty.
I love passionately and without bound or reason. I protect and I heal. I am a mother. My child is happiness personified. I am queer and married and no, that shouldn't confuse you. My house is a place where people can be free.
I often have no tolerance for weakness and indecisiveness. I have no tolerance for our president, our government, our foreign policy, our invasion and our oh so American arrogance. I have no tolerance for racism, sexism, homophobia, and all other phobias and isms. I have no tolerance for hate crimes and especially rapists. I have no tolerance for religious fanaticism, preaching, close-mindedness and fear tactics. I have no need for a book to teach me how to live my life. I do however welcome anyone's attempt and/ or journey to see, find/be God in whatever form you perceive it.
I AM A FEMINIST. I'm perceived as Woman and am of Woman born but detest the gender binary. I therefore refuse to be sexed and gendered as a Woman but will take up that identity in the struggle against sexism. I am first and foremost a person not limited by my body and my biological capacity to birth.
