I am a Heartless Bitch because I am loving enough to close my heart to people who keep on in just surviving unhealthy situations. They expect others to feel sorry for them but fail to make real changes. The Heartless Bitch has (I suspect) made many changes towards a healthier attitude. With time and a lot of hard work I've done it, too! I no longer see it as a put down if people call me a Bitch for asserting myself and insisting on what I need and what is best for me. A woman who doesn't take all the shit and who doesn't just aim to please others and is tough is labeled a Bitch! I'm proud to see women and men owning up to our Bitchiness and loving the Bitch (Bitches need love, too). I'm ready to say, "okay, you are right! I'm not only a Bitch, but I'm also Heartless". I have closed off that "heart" that can be manipulated by others to convince me to be an enabler or people pleaser.

Heartless Bitches come from all backgrounds and all walks of life and I think it would be hard to describe exactly what a Heartless Bitch is, but it is clear what she is not: neurotic, narcissistic, unthinking, totally selfish, hurtful to others, and we never set ourselves up to be victims.
