--because I have no patience for people who suddenly find themselves attached and immediately centre their lives around their 'better half'. They seem to have completely missed the point of having a boyfriend/girlfriend. A relationship is to facilitate the giving --and taking!-- of affection and, well, if not 'love', then perhaps 'fondness'.
A relationship is not an excuse to flaunt your new trophy and occasionally break down and Bitch to your friends about how he's an asshole. If you've trapped yourself in such a situation, then you damn well get yourself out of it! Whining will not help you and if you insist on involving yourself in a never-ending cycle of fighting and then making up, well leave me out of it, thankyouverymuch.
Karma and 'fate' may be amusing ideas to play around with, but if you're going to blame all your failures on them, then you're delusional. Use your brain once in a while and you might realise that all your fuck ups are /your fault/. Don't blame your boss, don't blame the teacher, don't blame your parents. Cheap cop-outs will not get you far in life. Quit digging yourself a hole and start climbing!
Above all, life is for the living --contrary to what the current trend of emokids proclaim-- and I'll be living it up! I am who I am, whether or not anyone likes it, and I'm entirely unapologetic about it. After all, what's there to apologise for? I'm pretty damn awesome.
