...I refuse to apologize for being assertive, aggressive, and outspoken, even though I have been called into a manager's office twice now at work and have been talked to about my "behavior" - even though there are men at my work who behave the same way, and will never be yelled at.

...Because although I love him dearly, I refuse to have a child to make my husband happy.

...Because I will NEVER stop being an advocate of women's rights all over the world, and will fight until no woman or girl ever has to worry about forced marriages, FGM, or having their reproductive choice taken away.

...Because I am damn proud to call myself a feminist - and am not shy about calling a guy to the carpet if he tries to use that word as an insult.

I am a Heartless Bitch because I was raised to be strong, independent, and proud to be a woman, and in doing so, I honor the women in my family.
