The best flowers grow through the worst shit, and I don't like to waste time pruning. There is nothing flattering about being called strong; really, what is flattering about stating facts? And furthermore, why is it rude to do so when the truth is not fluff and nonsense?

I have no time or care for those who go out of their way to be mean or cruel. If such people get in my way, the errors thereof shall be pointed out. Those who have to make up gossip, those emotional manipulators and "wanna-queen-bees" (horrid phrase but they deserve it) I have no time for. Well, no, should they cross my path I have as much time as it takes to tell them the truth.

Some of my friends say I am nice, and lovely, and sweet. Maybe I am, to them. I'm just honest, and as tactful as is fitting. Maybe they haven't pissed me off.

I am a third sector professional. Yes, yes, yes it is very nice being able to work for the benefit of a pre-determined Good Cause, but it is better working as a desk-based highwayman. Ah, and when people try and joke about it -"so do you have a sword then huh huh huh" - well, actually, I do. The pen is mightier than the sword, but only if your opponent is sentient, literate and intelligent; I'm hedging my bets.
